FREE RETURNS

Return Policy 

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns to all our customer. Please note the following guidelines:

1. Authorization: To initiate a return, complete the return form available in our application to obtain an authorization number.
2. Eligibility: We accept all returns requested within 30 days of merchandise receipt.
3. Return Label: Upon approval, we will generate and email you a complimentary UPS prepaid label.
4. Customer Instructions:  print the label, affix it to any suitable package, and return the items.
5. Return Window: Customers have 30 days from receipt of the return label to send the item back for a full refund.
6. Return Destination: All returned packages will be sent directly to our warehouse.
7. Refund Process: Upon receipt of the returned items, we will process the return and credit the refund to your account.

Please note: Complimentary return labels are available exclusively for shipments within the 48 contiguous United States.
